Meet Zawadi Lydia Mweshama has experience working in home care, nursing home, senior homes, and facility homes for 8 years. She witnessed both the beauty of caregiving and the painful mistakes that some caregivers make. “ too often clients were ignored, rushed, or treated without compassion. Lack of communication, dignity was overlooked, and care sometimes become just a checklist instead of a human connection.” She learned that home care is not simply about providing services: It is about creating trust, companionship and true comfort for every client we serve.
